Media Remote Control

Spawned in the horrendous heat of a Los Angeles winter, James was born with an incessant need to press buttons. Whether it was the car radio, doorbells on Halloween or lights, James pushed, pressed and prodded every button. No elevator was left unscathed, no building intercom was left un-rung, and no person he’s known has been left un-annoyed.

  1. This remote is definetly better, tan previous one, but still has major disadvantages comparing to microsoft media center remote:
    – ir transmitter is wery weak. it works maximum about 2,5 meters from xbox slim.
    – play and pause commands are on the same button. One press – it seds play, another press it sends pause, and so on. so if you missed your ir signal to pause you have to press this button twice to sync.
    – it does not have stop button, which is VERY useful using windows media center extender feature.
    – it does not have “media center” button.
    – but it has some strange buttons like “last” which does nothing.
I hope folks in microsoft will revise this remote in future xbox and fix those issues.
