Sounding like a redneck’s nickname for a mustard stained tank top, Beaterator, the Sony exclusive music game from Rockstar Leeds and producer Timbaland is finally going to be released on October 2nd on the PSP and PSN.  Having never heard of this game before it had originally been announced back in 2007 after being a web based app since 2005.  I guess it took a while to make all the beats.  Timbaland explains that the game will make it easy for anyone to create professional sounding music in minutes thanks to the streamlined interface that he and Rockstar developed.  Watch the video trailer below for a brief outline of what the game will do. Seems fun for the beginner beat maker for sure.
