I was firmly under the impression that the days of rehashing or reusing old product names was a thing of the passed for Motorola.  After all they were just inches from selling their cell phone division. But as the saying goes, ‘you can’t teach an old dog new tricks’.

The ROKR ZN50 is a touchscren phone with an extreme focus on music.  Gone are the days of an iTunes integration (tear) and in place is Motorola’s panorma user interface, which I have yet to experience.  Features include Bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card slot, WCDMA 2100 and GSM 900/1800/1900 HSDPA 7.2mbps connectivity, GPS, SRS WOW with EQ for improved sound, a 3.2 megapixel camera, T-DMB2 TV tuner and a 3.2-inch 240×427 color touchscreen display.

No word on a price and it looks like Moto will launch the ROKR ZN50 in Korea in the very near future with no immediate plans for a US or EU release.
