Not too long ago, Instacube was a Kickstarter campaign trying to raise funds for the purpose-built digital photo frame that pulls images from your Instagram feed. Thanks to the donations from backers, the actual product will begin shipping April 5th! The Android-powered photo screen was funded last summer and since then, its creators have created its final hardware that was redesigned to include speakers so that it’ll support Instagram video. The product came in two versions – white or classic models – with additional styles not available until they’re in full-blown production mode. Creators also mentioned that future updates will allow it to stream content from Vine Facebook and other social media sites. These will be via Over-The-Air updates and will be easy to download.
