Sony NEX-3N Launch Date and Price Confirmed, Arrives April for $500
If you recall, I already told you about Sony’s newest NEX camera, the NEX-3N. However, at the time Sony hadn’t said when or if it would come to the US. Well, good news.
The NEX-3N will hit US shores this April to the tune of $500. For your hard earned cash you’ll get a motorized 16-50mm zoom lens and your choice of white or black finish.
The Sony NEX-3N is the smallest and lightest in its category (APS-C sensor), weighing just 210G (without battery or a memory card). With the battery installed, Sony says you’ll get about 480 shots per charge on its 16.1 megapixel sensor. The mirrorless camera includes a 3-inch LCD that swivels 180-degrees allowing you to easily capture any angle, or if needed a self portrait. Sony is also touting the camera’s new Object Framing Tech that said to automatically crop the picture and create a professionally composed shot – color me skeptic.
