Gerber Steady Multi-tool Stabs Joby in the Back

Gerber Steady Gerber Steady Multi tool Stabs Joby in the Back

Joby has long been regarded as the portable tripod company.   Their first product was a tripod with those lovable bendy legs that seemed to wrap themselves around just about anything, provided of course it wasn’t a sequoia.   Over the years they’ve released a variety of products based on that design, but none that are as multifaceted as Gerber’s Steady multi-tool.

It sports a knife and variety of tools for the outdoors men.  But the real kicker is that it doubles as a tripod mount for a digital camera.  A set of metal legs fold out to provide support while a standard sized tripod mount pops out from the body.  We’re hearing that it will ship this Spring and cost $65.
