Panasonic Outs G2 And G10 Micro Four-Thirds DSLR Cameras, Includes 3-inch Touchscreen

Over the weekend, Panasonic finally and officially unveiled the Lumix G2. It’s the first micro 4/3 camera to sport an articulating 3-inch touchscreen. In addition, it can snap 12 megapixel photos, record 720p HD movie and hopefully capture some artfully delightful moment for you and your backpacking buddies. It looks like the kit will include a 14-42mm lens and expect pricing info 30 days before the G2 actually ships.
Panasonic also announced the G10. It’s similar in feature set to the G2, but lacks an articulating screen and boasts a ‘world’s lightest interchangeable lens camera with a viewfinder’ title.
