We also made sure that each of the above hearing protectors reduced sudden bursts of noise, while still allowing conversations and wanted the noise to be heard.
We were also highly focused on comfort, preferring hearing protectors with soft cushioned ear cups, often filled with liquid and foam, and padded headbands, allowing each of our picks to be worn for long periods of time without experiencing discomfort or fatigue. We also liked items that folded up when not in use, for the purposes of storage.
