Audi’s Wild Nanuk Quattro Concept

The Volkswagen Group released the Audi Nanuk Quattro Concept ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show and by the looks of it, it’ a pretty wild all-wheel-drive, turbo-diesel-powered supercar concept that’s actually a lot like the Giugiaro Parcour Concept. Maybe that’s because the Parcour’s creator actually designed the Audi concept. Unlike the Parcour, it’s powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.0-liter V10 TDI diesel engine that pushes out 544 hp, allowing it to go from 0-62 mph in 3.8 seconds before topping out at its 190 mph top speed.  And because it’s diesel, its fuel consumption is actually 30 mpg which is pretty good for a car with this much performance under the hood.

It also features Audi’s next-gen of adaptive air suspension, perfectly fitting its crossover nature, which means drivers have a range of  2.76 inches of height adjustment. It also has integral steering to help the concept maneuver, which translates to the rear wheels turning up to nine degrees in the  opposite direction of the front wheels at low-to-medium speeds to help maneuverability. The Porsche 911 GT3 and their Turbo models have a similar system. There’s no mention that the concept will make it to production.
