But Nokia is making sure it can still get you on the premium item affordability list with their Nokia Asha 501 affordable smartphone. It’s a sub-$100 smartphone that cuts the cost corner yet still manages to load up on relatively high end features and options.
The Asha 501 is available in six vibrant colors including yellow, red, blue, black, white and green. It will be offered in single or EasySwap Dual SIM models. Each will support WiFi, Bluetooth and feature a 3.2mp camera. Plus Nokia is boasting standby time of 48 days! The Asha was built giving users the choice of two main screens – Home and Fastlane. Home is icon-based and stand fair for launching apps and navigating and making calls. The Fastlane was designed with quick access to your most used content, in mind. It offers a record of how the phone was used so you can see a quick glimpse of recently accessed contacts, other recent activity. It even predicts future activity based on your most used functions and retrieved content.
The Nokia Xpress Browser is also on hand. It compresses 90% of internet data to enhance and browsing speed and responsiveness.
