While there is still no word on the Blackberry Q10‘s US launch date, Canadians will be able to slip the device into their pockets in just 8 days times. Carriers that will be part of the May 1st launch include Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, TELUS, Virgin Mobile Canada, Fido, Koodo Mobile, and Sasktel.
Pricing for device is just $199, which sounds reasonable, that is until you consider that they’re asking for 3-years of your devotion. Unorthodox, and comparitvely speaking to other smart devices, such as the HTC One and the soon to be released Samsung S4, they might as well be hammering the nails into Blackberry’s coffin.
Nevertheless, if you want in on Blackberry’s newest QWERTY keyboard phone running BB10, you can also head to Best Buy, Future Shop, TBooth Wireless, The Source, Walmart Canada and WIRELESSWAVE.
I’d expect a US launch to roll out shortly following the Candian one, though Blackberry has yet to make an official statement.
