In what I percieve as largely unremarkable news, Sony Ericsson announced the W705 walkman phone today. It shares the same top notch sound quality as the W980, or so SE says, shake control for wrist numbing volume and track control, WiFi (DLNA certified), 2.4″ screen with accelerometer, 3.2MP camera, Google Maps, FM radio with Track ID and a 4GB memory card.
And just in case the W705 doesn’t suffice your audio needs, Sony Ericsson also announced the MBS-900 Bluetooth speaker. It’s pretty garden variety allowing streaming audio over Bluetooth (A2DP and AVRCP) or good old fashion FM radio. SE also slipped in an OLED display for track name and navigating the air waves.
