Guys this one is available in India.

Mobile Service provider “Reliance” has this piece for sale in their sales center called “Reliance Web World”. These are CDMA based phones. not the regular GSM types….

It would cost u around 25,000 (INR) – around USD 530.

Dont buy TWC 1150 Camera / Phone / Watch, the voice quality is poor, and connectivity is all bullshit. I am crying after buying this piece of shit. Just dont buy else you will stuck

The Telson is not yet available here in the US, but there is a cell phone wristwatch with a camera Called the “SpecialOPS”. I got mine here, http://tinyurl.com/y89cwv3 They have a full line of cell phone watches for men women and children. I hope this has helped you.
