An Italian website has accidentally released an ad for the new Xbox 360, which should making its official debut this week at E3. According to the ad, the new console features a smaller, more angular design, a 250GB HDD, and 802.11n WiFi, eliminating the need for the super expensive official wireless adapter. It’s interesting that Microsoft is going the “sick custom PC case mod” route for their gaming console — a design more akin to the smooth glossy lines of the Zune would’ve been a flashier route (but probably more expensive). And since there’s no official specs for its dimensions, or a picture of it next to the old model, we have no idea whether it’s drastically smaller not. Looks like we’ll have to wait an agonizing couple of days to find out that and a price.
