HP’s new wireless printer has got a killer app, one might say, something you don’t say too often with printers. The Photosmart e-All-in-One D110a’s ePrint feature allows users to wirelessly print e-mails and attachments without installing any special drivers, thanks to 802.11n WiFi. That means that, yes, printing from the iPad is super easy now. For $99, users also get 29 ppm black color printing at up to 600 dpi and 23 ppm color printing, with a max of 4800 x 1200 dpi on photo paper, a scanner with 1,200 dpi (optical) resolution, a 2.3-inch touchscreen, and USB/SDHC card support. But the ease of use with printing pdfs, photos and more wirelessly is the real draw here. Expect support for Google’s Cloud Print service as well, once that launches in the fall.
