Today, The Telegraph posted an article stating that they had discovered the world’s loudest alarm clock – it rings in at 90dB.  Truth be told this is complete poppycock.  In 2007 there was an alarm clock, which ThinkGeek still sells to this day, that claims a 113dB output.  It’s called the Sonicboom.  But none of these alarm clocks have anything on Kipkay’s modified alarm clock, which features two 140dB electric horns.

The the video after the ‘leap’ to see it in action.
