Apple Quietly Unleashes iPhone Software Update 2.2.1

It was about 3.30 am last night and I suddenly started to wonder when the next software update for the iPhone would be rolling out?  Low and behold, TODAY!  Unfortunately, there’s nothing to be excited about.  As you can see in the above screen shot the 2.2.1 software update improves Safari’s stability and fixes some image issue with Mail.
