Earlier this month, Motorola introduced a number of smartphones, a wearable device and a couple of accessories to go along with it, including the Moto Hint. Moto Hint is a bluetooth headset which can perform a variety of tasks, which is hardly noticeable when placed in the ear. It comes with a number of designs to fit the user’s needs, with a number of customizations to choose from.
The headset doesn’t have a single button, and is controlled via voice to perform a number of operation such as receive/make calls, send messages, get directions, check weather and much more. Just put it in your ear, and it will automatically turn on. To get started, all you have to do is say “Ok Google” followed by the question you have, such as asking directions to your destination, or make calls while driving, etc. The Bluetooth headset is set to work best on the newly announced Moto X, but any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone will be able to make use of the accessory with limited features available.
The company mentioned it can provide users with a ten hours of battery life on a single charge, but don’t worry if you run out of power. If it runs out of battery, just put it back in the charging case which carries two extra charges so it can last all day. The accessory comes with a hefty $149.99 price tag, but considering the features it offers, it may be well worth it, especially if you’re using a Moto X. Currently, the accessory is out of stock, but it should be replenished in the coming weeks.
