The Clorox Power Scrubber goes above and beyond its cleaning capabilities when paired with other Clorox cleaning products. While not surprising that a company would want you to buy more of their stuff, it’s a little sad that this power scrubber can’t reach its full potential unless it is. The Clorox Scrubtastic Multi Purpose Surface Scrubber delivers a powerful clean with its 300 RPMspinning, high-torque motor. The extension handle makes it easier to reach walls or ceilings (or low places like the ground without hurting your back) and the three included brush heads each have a specific function for a more efficient clean.
The Clorox Scrubtastic’s high torque spinning head works in conjunction with the quality head fibres and makes cleaning easier. Especially when it comes to limes, water stains, rust, and calcium build-up. The motor spins at a powerful 300 RPM’s to scrub away these stains with ease. Compare it to another powerful scrubber, the Rubbermaid Scrubber General Cleaning 1839685, to see which one suits your needs most. For better or for worse, the Clorox Scrubtastic cleans better when used together with other Clorox cleaning products.
The Clorox Scrubtastic Power Scrubber features an extension handle for easier cleaning of high places such as ceilings and walls. It takes the Clorox Scrubtastic roughly 4-6 hours to fully charge, which isn’t that good quite frankly. It would probably have been better if it was just battery operated. Consider the MECO Electric Spin Scrubber Cleaning if you’d like a scrubber that can do a little better in the charging department. Finally, the Scrubtastic is at least cordless, so carrying it around and putting it away neatly shouldn’t be a problem.
The Clorox Scrubtastic includes 3 brush heads to ensure it meets all your cleaning needs. These include a grout brush for hard to reach or tight spaces, a flat brush, and a round brush for smoother surfaces like bathroom tiles. Check out the Holikme Attachment Scouring Scrubber Cleaning if you’d like up to eight cleaning brushes. Be aware that some customer reviews, and these are verified purchase reviews, say that the Scrubtastic can’t hold a charge and that the charging light stays on whenever it’s plugged in. Thus, you won’t know whether it’s fully charged or not.
The Clorox Scrubtastic Power Scrubber makes cleaning easier with its powerful battery, variety of brush heads, and extendable arm. It’s a shame it takes so long to charge only to have it die on you when you begin using it. Hopefully Clorox learns from this and makes their next power scrubber charge faster and hold longer!
