The engineer crouches with a controller, the robot runs a motion program, turns, and delivers a fast leg strike that sends the object skidding across the room. Reports differ on whether the struck object was a remote control or a phone; that detail remains unconfirmed.
Not a Rebellion, But Not Nothing Either
The robot was running a program, not filing a grievance.
Multiple reports indicate the robot was remote-controlled or executing a pre-programmed motion routine, not autonomously deciding to start a fight with its developer. Powerful leg actuators do not come with automatic proximity awareness for the person standing next to them.
