This foreign film is about Oh Dae-Sue who is kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years, then when he’s released, he must find his captor in 5 days time.

Bill Maher goes and interviews various religious types in this documentary/comedy that gives insight on the current state of world religion.

16. Von Ryan’s Express

This old school war movie stars Frank Sinatra and is about how an American POW leads a group mainly British prisoners to escape from the Germans in WWII.

15. Breakfast at Tiffany’s

The Audrey Hepburn favorite is about a young New York socialite who becomes interested in a young man who has moved into her apartment building.

14. The Sum of All Fears

Ben Affleck and Morgan Freeman star in this action thriller about CIA analyst Jack Ryan, who must thwart the plans of a terrorist faction that threatens to induce a catastrophic conflict between the US and Russia’s newly elected president by detonating a nuclear weapon at a football game in Baltimore.

13. Art of Flight The Series

Watch all seven episodes of this documentary that follows professional snowboarder Travis Rice, director Curt Morgan and their ragtag crew over the course of two years as they risk it all to make the film of their dreams.

Focused on rehabilitating pooches and training owners to communicate better with their animals, canine behaviorist Cesar Millan affects remarkable transformations, turning seemingly irredeemable dogs into well-mannered pets.

This comedy is about what happens when two best friends decide to have a child together while keeping their relationship platonic, so they can avoid the toll kids can take on romantic relationships.

This moving drama is about a son as he tries to learn more about his dying father by reliving stories and myths he told about his life, and stars Ewan McGregor and Billy Crudup.

The comedy is about a puppeteer who discovers a portal that leads literally into the head of the movie star, John Malkovich. It’s directed by Spike Jonze and stars John Cusack, Cameron Diaz and, of course, John Malkovich.

7. Compliance

Based on true events, the movie shows what happens when a prank caller convinces a fast food restaurant manager to interrogate an innocent young employee, and no-one is left unharmed.

6. Breakdown

The suspenseful thriller stars Kurt Russell as he plays a man who searches for his missing wife after his car breaks down in the middle of the desert.

5. Face/Off

John Travolta and Nicolas Cage star is this awesome action/drama that portrays an undercover agent who must undergo a revolutionary medical technique to change his physical appearance to match that of a major criminal in order to infiltrate his organization.

4. House of Cards

This is Netflix’s original series about Francis Underwood who is Majority Whip. He has his hands on every secret in politics – and is willing to betray them all to become President.

3. Safety Not Guaranteed

The comedy/romance is about three magazine employees who head out on an assignment to interview a guy who placed a classified ad seeking a companion for time travel.

2. Pretty in Pink

One of John Hughes’ iconic 80s teen flicks, Pretty in Pink is about a poor girl who must choose between the affections of her doting childhood sweetheart and a rich but sensitive playboy.

1. Hustle & Flow

With help from his friends, a Memphis pimp in a mid-life crisis attempts to become a successful hip-hop emcee, which is played by Terrence Howard.
