The Catch (Because There’s Always One)
Real constraints around eligibility mean Visible One isn’t available to everyone — yet.
Getting excited about Visible One before checking your address is the broadband equivalent of showing up to a hot new restaurant without a reservation — the concept is great, but you might be eating somewhere else tonight.
Availability requires an existing inactive ONT at your address and that you’re not already a Fios subscriber. That’s a meaningful constraint. Outside the Fios footprint, Visible offers 5G Home Internet via fixed wireless. It’s a separate product with different performance characteristics — not a like-for-like substitute.
