Philips Go Gear Ariaz PMP Isn’t Going Anywhere But The Toilet

Oh Philips why do you even bother?  Today the company unveiled the GoGear Ariaz, a 2-inch touchscreen PMP with Philips’ patented Full Sound technology.  Included are a pair of sound isolation ear buds, FM radio with RDS, mic for voice notes and some software that magically optimizes movies and TV shows for its small screen.  Ya, I’m still waiting for the gimmick.

You can expect the GoGear Ariaz to hit this April in capacities 4GB ($100), 8GB ($125 and 16GB ($160).
