Addicting iPhone Games Compared
Our Top Picks
1. Clash of Clans
Developed by Supercell, Clash of Clans is the ultimate strategy city-builder game. Players will not only have to build and expand their own villages, but defend it from enemy players as well. Players can also join clans, combine forces, and take the fight to enemy clans in Clan Wars. The winning side of these Clan Wars are often rewarded highly, and with these social aspects, the game can not only be extremely addicting, but a lot of fun with friends as well.
2. Monument Valley
Monument Valley is one of the ultimate addicting games for iPhone, being the first game to bring a great amount of beauty and complexity to a puzzler. Players take on the role of Ida, who has to solve complex geometrical puzzles and avoid the crow people in order to progress. Eventually she meets her totem-like companion, which adds a whole new level of complexity to Monument Valley.
Mavenfall is a fantasy-themed collectible and strategic card game. Players will build unique decks for their Mavens, giving them powerful spells and abilities to take to the battlefield. Once your deck is completed, you can take it to the arena and face off against other players, slowly climbing your way up the competitive ladder. Mavenfall is an enjoyable game, but the real fun begins when you can get friends involved.
4. StormBorn: War of Legends
StormBorn: War of Legends is a relatively new game, but has quickly become a favorite among players. In this fantasy title, players grow their kingdoms over time and will have to defend them with a choice of over 60 different heroes. Players can create a massive army by recruiting dragons and joining alliances to defend their kingdom against increasingly difficult forces. Similar to Clash of Clans, players and their alliances have the ability to engage in combat on a global scale. No kingdom is safe in StormBorn: War of Legends.
5. Mr Jump
If you’ve ever played Flappy Bird or any knock-off of the game, you’ll find that Mr Jump is the next best thing. It takes the basic mechanics of games like Flappy Bird and transforms them into its own game. It’s a severely addicting game that’ll keep you entertained for hours to come!
In Implosion, players take on the role of one of Earth’s last remaining survivors. 9. Crossy Road
Crossy Road is reminiscent of the old-time classic Frogger, as Crossy Road is essentially a remake with modern graphics. It adds a fresh new aspect of accomplishment to Crossy Road, and frankly, it’s quite addicting!
10. Triple Town
Triple Town is a fun and addicting fantasy-based puzzle game. It has basic match-3 mechanics, where players will have to match three trees, rocks, or houses in order to get something bigger and so on.
