Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."

  1. Just google “peek 9 complains and you will see the amount of people getting ripped off by this company!
    No service, no customer service, no number to call, just an email address that never replies!

  2. beware of this company, they are not very customer friendly and have screwed most of their users with this peek 9 debacle…. it doesn't work, it's in beta mode and nearly useless as a business tool. It was out of service again most of today for the umteenth time. Their web discussion groups had tons of unhappy users. They delete daily so read for a couple days to see what's up over there.

  3. The Peek 9 has been horrible. E-mail service has been inconsistent, and when service gets restored, only 50% of the emails on our server get downloaded to the Peek. Customer service has been completely unresponsive and phone support is non-existent. My email requesting a return has gone 5 days without response.
