San Francisco has to be one of the foggiest cities in the US, right?  Well, that won”t stop the city from installing 1,100 solar powered bus stop shelters between now and 2013.  The wave like red roof contains enough photovoltaic panels to power an intercom, LED lighting and a WiFi router, which is part of an effort to bring SF city wide wireless Internet.  Now if we can just get LA to sign on for 10,000 or so of these.
