Now your cell phone can brew you coffee!

How many times have you made the bad joke “this $400 cell phone can do everything, even make me a cup of coffee!” Never? Well I know I do. We can address my bad sense of humor later. For now, let’s stick to a gadget by Tea makers ‘PG Tips’ and cell phohe company ‘Orange‘ that will actually let you brew coffee from your phone!

How’s it work? You send a text message to your tea / coffee kettle, the “the ReadyWhenUR,” and it begins to boil your water! By the time you make it to the office, get out of bed, or get home, you have boiling water. Insert tea bag or run over fresh ground coffeee beans and you’re good to go.

Okay okay so it’s not the cell phone technically brewing the coffee. But still a pretty neat idea inspired by animated inventors Wallace and Gromit.
