Samsung has not officially announced the Galaxy S27 Ultra. Tipster Ice Universe has stepped into that silence, posting on X what he claims are the phone’s four base color options.
According to Ice Universe, the S27 Ultra’s rumored lineup is:
- Black
- Blue
- Light Pink
- White
Some reports have mentioned a Violet variant similar to the S26 Ultra’s Cobalt Violet, but that option does not appear in Ice Universe’s four-color claim. No independently verified source has confirmed a Violet colorway for the S27 Ultra.
How This Compares to the S26 Ultra
The S26 Ultra launched with a broader and more specifically named palette than what the current leak suggests for its successor.
Samsung officially launched the Galaxy S26 Ultra in Cobalt Violet, Sky Blue, Black, and White as standard colors, according to samsung.com. Silver Shadow and Pink Gold were available exclusively through Samsung.com, though availability varies by market.
If the leak holds, the S27 Ultra would use broader descriptors like “Blue” and “Light Pink” rather than the more specific names “Sky Blue” and “Cobalt Violet.” The reported names are less specific than the S26 Ultra’s palette, not a confirmed replacement for it.
The more notable absence is Violet. That color was arguably the S26 Ultra’s most distinctive standard option, and it reportedly does not appear in the base lineup at all. It is worth watching whether Samsung reintroduces a purple or violet tone as an online exclusive, though no source currently confirms that plan.

Other Rumored Hardware Details
Beyond colors, early leaks point to several hardware changes, none of which Samsung has confirmed.
Early leaks attribute a redesigned rear-camera layout, a larger battery, and a next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset to the S27 Ultra. Those claims come from unverified sources and should be treated as speculation until Samsung speaks officially.
Samsung has not announced a launch date, pricing, or which colors will reach which markets. If color is a meaningful factor in your buying decision, waiting for an official Samsung announcement is the only reliable path forward.
