A ritual might best explain my nightly smartphone charging. I reach in between my nightstand and the bed in the hopes of fishing out the micro USB cable that has burrowed its way out of my sight. Fortunately, I recently opted for a longer cable making the search a far less exhausting one. However, the added or extra length means that I’m constantly almost stepping on it, and since I’m already on my second one, it’s just a matter of time until I break another one.
The MOS Magnetic Cable Organizer, which is available in white or black for about $20, is the answer to my conundrum. Regardless of cable length, the MOS’ built-in magnets will hold your charging cable in place so you don’t have to send out a search party every time you want to power up your tablet or smartphone. Sure, it’s simple enough, but performing the same task night after night can become a bit daunting.
Adhered to the bottom is a micro-suction pad that prevents the MOS from slipping off just about any surface, even a wall, though that will take a bit more installing and orchestrating. And since not all cables are created equally, as in they won’t stick to the MOS’ surface, the company includes a set of magnetic cables in each box that you can wrap around the cord’s head.
You can buy the MOS Magnetic Cable Organizer from Amazon.
