This wrench performs well under all circumstances. While it is light in your hand, it has a lot of torque when trying to loosen a tight bolt or nut, especially in the longer lengths. It’s ideal for hard or long jobs or projects. Customer reviews on the wrench are good, with 94% of customers giving it a 4 or 5-star rating from 253 people. It is super thin so that you can get into small spaces and work proficiently. The deep jaw helps to ensure the wrench will not slide off the nut, as well.

The product information on this tool is accurate. It is lightweight compared to other wrenches of the same length. Just make sure that you have the wench on the bolt before turning it, as the jaw is narrow. Reviewers suggested that you please try to get the wrench up against what you are turning the bolt or nut out for the best torque. The deep jaw can properly grab a fastener and the handle grip helps ensure the tool will not slip while you are working.

This wrench is a good value for what you are getting. It can span up to 2.5 inches with a 12 inch wrench. On the 6 inch wrench, the jaw height is just about as wide as the span, which is impressive. Having a nearly square opening, you can easily work on any bolt or nut that is less than 1-½ inches with the 6 inch wrench. The 12 inch wrench is even more aggressive. Prices range from $24.07 to $21.60. The 12 inch wrench is actually cheaper than the 10 inch at $29.99. Overall, any of the wrenches you choose are competitive against other single wrench brands.

Proferred T08004 Adjustable Wrap Up

The Proferred Adjustable Plumbing wrench, which has a phosphate coating, is a good buy. The most glaring downfall is that it is not made in the United States; however, there is very little to complain about. Between the 4 sizes, you should be able to get any job around the house or garage done with no worries.
