The Hisense H9G is an excellent option for most users, thanks to its superb contrast ratio, fantastic peak brightness, full-array local dimming, and deep black levels. However, gamers should watch out for the lack of HDMI 2.1 and VRR.

The Hisense H9G is the company’s flagship UHD TV released in April 2020. Its VA panel promises to provide better black and contrast ratio than IPS LCD TVs, but it can’t quite match the perfect blacks of an OLED.

On the other hand, the H9G’s excellent peak brightness enables superb picture quality even in bright rooms. And Android TV OS makes the interface easy to navigate without any clutter.
