In addition, the Sila takes advantage of SmartLanes to avoid congestion and uses FastLanes to grant it access to a variety of free 5GHz Wi-Fi channels. Through its FasTrack QoS technology, owners can decide which websites have bandwidth priority, and by adding another Sila router, they can build a mesh network for better coverage. This is possible because the router can use one of its bands for a wireless backhaul connection. Its parental control options are pretty limited.
The router also has features such as Beamforming technology for stronger connections and Multi-user MIMO for a smoother streaming experience and faster download times.
