DISH has made their award-winning Hopper Whole-Home DVR platform even better with the addition of the new Super Joey. The new device adds an additional two network tuners to the Hopper’s already three, so your household can easily record up to 8 shows at the same time. This means no more family feuds about what TV shows should take priority over others. Channel conflicts will be a thing of the past for DISH hopper customers! According to DISH’s senior vice president of product management Vivek Khemka, the Super Joey will make it easier for customers to enjoy more of their favorite programs. Combined with the Hopper’s 2,000 hours of storage, customers will have never run out of viewing options. The Super Joey was first released at the 2014 CES Show where it won the CES 2014 “Editors’ Choice” award from Reviewed.com. Super Joey is powered by a 1305 MHz, 3000 DMIPS Broadcom BCM7346 processor, features remote finder functionality, and supports MoCA and Ethernet connectivity.
