Be proud of your geek status and show it off when carrying around the MaCool Thermal Insulator to your next summer BBQ! The retro vintage Mac-looking cooler will be the talk of the town with all your geek friends and just might have that hottie you’ve been eyeing come over and ask you about it. Apparently, when the creators took their McCool prototype around the city, they had lots of fans come up to them, asking about the cooler, which led them to the idea that geeks all around the world would definitely want one, thus starting a Kickstarter campaign to fund their ingenious and creative idea.
Of course, may geeks were able to get that it was an old school Mac computer instantly, but still others were quite dumfounded to what it was. The creators want to make sure no one forgets the iconic vintage Macs and hope to get it funded with their fast 14-day Kickstarter campaign and out to the masses soon. It measures 13” x 9” x 12.5” tall and can hold up to 8 drinks and ice quite comfortably, which makes it perfect when you’re out having fun in the summer fun. It’s beige in color and weighs 3.75 lbs. They hope to raise $65,000 to produce the coolers. Early birds interested in pledging can get one for $39, but the regular pledge price is set at $59 so hurry and get your early bird special now!
