I receive an unorthodox amount of packages. I also often find myself trying to tear or break things open, such as the plastic that often surrounds batteries and other things that people have a tendency to pull from the packet without paying for. That in mind, there is rarely a day that goes by when I don’t reach for my “house keys” to pry my way into one of these aforementioned things. It’s a pretty stupid move on my behalf as I’m bound to damage my keys. And while I have a touchpad deadbolt in place right now (thanks Schlage) that doesn’t address my bike key, the key to my safe (oodles of money there), or my mailbox key.
Enter the ultra adorable, and tiny, Keychain Crowbar. It’s designed to hook directly on to your key ring and measures in length no more than an average key. There is even a little slot for pulling very small nails. Moreover, it can serve not only as a pry tool, but a key hook for, well, hanging your keys.
You can grab one for $14.57 (before S&H), and choose from Stainless Steel, Antique Bronze Matte, Antique Bronze Glossy, Gold Plated Matte, Gold Plated Glossy.
Of note, there is a medium sized one that costs about $19.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
