SmartMeasure Cup With LCD Display Officially On Sale For $30 At Amazon

There aren’t too many instances when I need to weigh my liquids, but nonetheless the Taylor Digital Measuring Cup and Scale can do just that.  As we wrote in August the SmartMeasure Cup got picked up for actual retail sale and now it is here and available from Amazon for just $30.

It can weigh food or liquids, has a 4.4 lb or 1 Liter capacity, can measure in pounds, ounces, militers, grams and fluid ounces and hopefully still contains the recipe list.  I’m a bit concerned, though, since the cup seems to use a built-in, non-replaceable Lithium Battery.  Once that goes dead you’ve just got a $30 plastic measuring cup.
