Usually, for buying one of the best drones, you at least have to shell out something around 300 bucks from your pocket. And obviously, not everyone will have that kind of money to burn behind a drone if they are just getting started. This is pretty much exactly where the Yuneec Breeze 4K quadcopter comes in. Because of its excellent camera quality, it quite easily becomes one of the best selfie drone options in the mid-range market. It may not be a highly-rated drone, but it works great for intermediate users.
So many drones in the mid-range can’t even stand a light breeze. That’s mainly why professional drone users don’t recommend cheaper drones for flying outside. However, the Yuneec Breeze 4K is probably one of the only mid-range drones that come with a decent aerodynamic design that can withstand wind streams.
Because it’s mainly a flying camera drone, Yuneec couldn’t afford to put much faster motors inside the Yuneec Breeze. While other drones like the WingsLand S6 and Syma X5C can reach speeds of 10+ mph, the max speed for the Breeze 4K is only about 2.2 miles per hour (about 3.4 KMPH). Surprisingly, the speed doesn’t change all that much while switching between both orbit mode and pilot mode. For more speed, you can always go for the DJI Spark Remote Controlled Drone. If you are in the market for a beginner drone then our Yuneec Q500 review will come in handy.
This drone will fly perfectly fine and live stream in lag-free 720P anywhere within a 100 meters radius. It’s much better than something like the SNAPTAIN S5C, and once it goes out of range, it’ll fly back to you using its built-in GPS system. This setup is perfect for those learning how to fly drones as a beginner.
The durability and build quality of this quadcopter is pretty much fantastic. And the slow speed is advantageous for the longevity of this drone. The included propeller protectors also do a phenomenal job to protect the blades. But, if you need a drone that is fast and similarly durable, take a look at the ZeroTech DOBBY Drone.
The 13 MP sensor takes perfect advantage of the five different flight modes you get with this drone. Using the Breeze Cam app, you can easily snap ultra-high-definition photos and upload them to social media. And you get a vast amount of camera control on your smart device through the Breeze Cam app. Moreover, you can get even better photos if you know how to use an ND filter on your drone. Check out our Xiro Xplorer review if you are looking for a drone with an HD camera.
For just 200 bucks, Yuneec offers a terrific ultra-high-definition flying camera drone that has a lot of flight features built-in. Just for that, its value proposition goes up exponentially. It might be slow, but its body is perfectly built for outdoor flying.
Well, all in all, the Yuneec Breeze Flying Camera compact drone is phenomenal for beginners and newbies. And even professional drone users can easily get some use out of it.
