The YITAHOME Gaming Chair Ergonomic Racing Style High Back PC Computer Game Chair is a budget gaming chair that ticks a lot of important boxes; the chair features a lumbar cushion, a neck cushion, and a kick-out footrest that aims to make it more versatile than a similarly priced office chair. Though its vibration functionality adds virtually nothing to it, it’s a very strong contender for the best massaging gaming chair in its price range. Speaking of contenders, take a look at our top choice for the best office chair.
Why We Like It – Yitahome Gaming Chair
The YITAHOME Gaming Chair Ergonomic Racing Style High Back PC Computer Game Chair is a solid budget computer chair with a heavy-duty ergonomic design with decent lumbar support and a design that appeals to gamers. A good gaming experience on a computer needs a good chair, and YITAHOME’s offering here fits the bill.
- Folding footrest
- Wide reclining range
- High weight limit
- Vibrating pillow adds nothing, and its padding can be uncomfortable
Support
With both a neck pillow, massage lumbar pillow, and curved back that provides lumbar support, the YITAHOME Gaming Chair is similar to other gaming chairs in its price range. Its kick-out footrest provides further support when the chair is reclined, giving your feet somewhere to go and aiding in overall comfort regardless of how you sit in the chair. It’s similar overall to the Dowinx Gaming Chair Office Chair PC Chair, coming in at a similar price point and with a similar set of features; the main difference is the YITAHOME’s more aggressive design. For a similar chair, you’ll want to check out the Von Racer massage gaming chair.

Comfort
The same factors that make the YITAHOME Gaming Chair provide decent support also make it provide an overall comfortable experience, though it won’t be to everyone’s liking. The vibration functionality adds nothing of note to it. But, the pillow is firmer than would be ideal thanks to thick padding, which is how some gaming chairs are designed. It falls behind the RESPAWN Gaming Chair thanks to middling armrests, but if you can get past the firm back pillow, it’s not a bad chair to sit in at all, and perks like its footrest make it great for kicking back and relaxing in. Keep in mind that gaming chairs can be good for the back, but sitting for extended periods in any chair can add to back pain. Adjustability
Adjustability is decent but unexceptional on the YITAHOME Gaming Chair. It gets a lot right; it reclines back pretty far, it has seat height adjustment, and its footrest is very nice to see considering the fact it reclines. However, the footrest doesn’t go out far enough to provide a proper recliner experience for taller users, and the pillows aren’t properly secure to the chair. Breathability
Given there’s no mesh, breathability isn’t great on the YITAHOME Gaming Chair. There are no holes in the back like you’d find on some other gaming chairs to facilitate any kind of airflow either, meaning it’s not very well suited for hot rooms where a breathable chair would be a must. You can check out our guide on how to stop sweat on a gaming chair if needed. If you prefer a backrest with air holes, check out our Jummico gaming chair review.
Value
Value is probably the weakest point of the YITAHOME Gaming Chair, despite its decent price and a nice set of features. It’s not especially competitively priced, getting undercut by very similar chairs such as the PC Gaming Chair Racing Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair, and it doesn’t do anything appreciably better than its competition despite its higher price point. YITAHOME Gaming Chair Ergonomic Racing Style High Back PC Computer Game Chair Wrap-up
The YITAHOME Gaming Chair Ergonomic Racing Style High Back PC Computer Game Chair is a decent but unexceptional offering. It doesn’t shake up the budget gaming chair market in any way, but that’s not an inherently bad thing; you typically buy chairs like this for the aesthetic above anything else, and it delivers in that regard. If you’re looking for a chair with an aggressive design, solid build quality, and reasonable comfort, it’s one of the best gaming chairs you can buy on a budget, provided you’re into its aesthetic. Additionally, remember that intense gaming sessions can put strain on your chair and cause some wobble, but we have a guide on how to fix a wobbly gaming chair if that happens.
