The design stands out from almost every other scooter on the market. It has a range of about 10 miles per charge, with a top speed of 24-26 miles per hour. The UberScoot 1000w from Evo Powerboards from Puzey Design is a beast with its 1000-watt chain motor and 36v battery system. Combine that with a maximum speed of 24-26 miles per hour, and you have a recipe for a fantastic scooter for ages 12 and up. But that’s not all. It has several other stand-out features going for it as well. In a market where many of the vehicles look so similar, it can be hard to stand out from the crowd, but this personal transport certainly sets itself apart from the competition.

Let’s talk about the construction of this battery-powered scooter. The build quality here is not something that you see every day. This personal transport is made with a steel body, it’s built like a mini tank. The deck is not only sturdy but gives you plenty of foot room too. From the time that I have spent riding this electric scooter (About 10 hours), I get the feeling that it will last a long time indeed, even with harsh treatment from the rider. Build quality is just superb, weighing in at a whopping 89 pounds. That may make it too heavy for some to carry, but it makes for one durable ride. This is the first thing that won me over about this scooter, but not the last.
I talked about the design briefly already, but it bears repeating. This battery-powered electric scooter for adults from EVO Powerboards just looks ready for action. It’s instantly appealing. But not in a streamlined way. I love that bulky look that suggests a lot of hidden power “under the hood,” with 10-inch pneumatic tires giving it a nice bit of height. The design is pretty unique in the electric scooter world, and it got my attention. The design itself is its most innovative feature.
You’ll notice right away that this vehicle can be driven while standing or seated, thanks to the optional seat, which doesn’t even look out of place. Sitting or standing, I had plenty of room. And on top of that, this scooter conveniently folds down for storage or for carrying with you. Although at 89 pounds, not everyone is going to love that feature.
It’s all in the name. The Uber scoot 1000w packs in a 1000-watt motor that is both responsive and fast. This is a high-speed electric scooter. Those 10-inch tires are ideal for this kind of speed, offering a smooth ride and hugging the terrain nicely. It has a max speed of 24-26 miles per hour, which is very fast for an electric scooter of this size. The range is the only disappointment here, at only 10 miles per charge. Recharging this scooter will take about 4-8 hours. Some might see that as a long wait, but given how fast and powerful this scooter is, that didn’t bother me. It’s a fair trade-off.
There’s no question that this is a powerful electric scooter from the moment you get it going, but it offers a smooth ride. A quiet ride as well, thanks to that chain-driven motor. The pneumatic tires offer amazing stability and performance. This is partly due to the weight of the scooter, which helps keep you firmly on the ground. The front and rear wheel disc brakes are very responsive and offer maximum safety to the rider. I even took it out on some rough terrain, and it handled itself without any problems at all. You might be wondering how comfortable that seat is when enjoying a ride. Well, it was more comfortable than I thought, and it didn’t present any issues at all, and the handlebar felt comfortable as well. It’s very easy to add and remove the seat at any time.

This is the heart of the entire package, and this is some serious power. This ain’t no mobility scooter. This electric scooter goes too fast for anyone under 12 years old, but it is a great scooter for adults and teens. And since it has a chain-driven motor, this scooter operates more quietly than most of the competition. It’s time to put those electric skateboards away and make some room for a truly powerful battery-operated vehicle. 1000w scooters are very impressive adult electric scooters.

This vehicle has been upgraded to 36v lithium batteries and will get you where you are going very quickly. Some might want a better range, but you have to sacrifice something for these speeds. For instance, the SKRT electric scooter can get almost 19 miles on a single charge, but the speed maxes out at 18 mph.
With a charging time of 4 to 8 hours, you might be sad that you have to wait before you can ride again, but as with the range, there is a price to pay for all of this awesomeness. Once it is fully charged up, it is totally worth the wait. The battery life lasts for 10 miles on a single charge.
The Uberscoot 1000w 36v has large 10-inch pneumatic street tires that handle great in conjunction with the weight of the frame, giving the road a solid grip. Those tires are one of the factors that make this scooter a joy to ride.

Though not perfect, there is so much to love about this electric scooter with a seat. (And likely other Uberscoot electric scooters. I hope to find out soon.) The 10-inch tires, that solid steel frame, and front and rear disc brakes… Of course, there’s the speed too. This vehicle just wins me over on nearly every level. I’m not thrilled about the long charge time or the range of just 10 miles, but the rest of the package more than makes up for these shortcomings. This scooter by Evo powerboards is obviously not for the long-distance commuter. I had a ton of fun testing this electric scooter. I can safely say that you are getting more than your money’s worth with this vehicle. It delivers an experience you just can’t find anywhere else in a folding electric scooter. So now I’m eager to check out more Uberscoot electric scooters.
