  • Folds for easy portability
  • Additional driving modes
  • Great price for performance
  • Not ideal for advanced users

Starting off with performance, the Swagtron EB-5 Pro definitely has some surprising power for such a small electric bike. It has a 250W electric motor that can push speeds of up to 15 miles per hour. That’s pretty good, especially when compared to the more expensive Elby S1 9-Speed. Its battery life is really solid, pushing up to 15.5 miles on a single charge. That’s more than what you’ll get out of the Razer Power Rider 360 electric tricycle. So, it isn’t anything special compared to the NAKTO Fat Tire’s 42-mile battery life, but it’s still good for a budget electric bike. It comes with additional modes such as pedal assist and power assist, one of which gives you full control of the pedals. The SwagCycle EB-5 Pro has a radically different design compared to other electric bikes. While most go with a typical bicycle design with a motor, like, a Merax 26” Aluminum Mountain Bike, the EB-5 Pro is more modern. However, its design also lends itself to its foldable nature. The frame, pedals, and stem are all foldable, shrinking it down to 26 x 15.6 x 23.6 inches. This makes it really easy to store in a garage or trunk. While not foldable, the Prodecotech Stride 500 is heavy-duty and powerful, if that’s what you prefer instead.

There’s a lot of value behind the SwagCycle EB-5 Pro. For starters, it has a solid frame made of aluminum, making it lightweight but still strong. Its motor can push top speeds that are fast enough to be fun, but not so fast that you’ll have trouble handling it. And it’s highly adjustable, both with its comfortable seating and handlebars. While it isn’t ideal for an advanced user, it’s definitely better suited for a beginner. Its very affordable price reflects that. SwagCycle EB-5 Pro Wrap Up

For such a small bike, the SwagCycle EB-5 Pro is pushing out some surprising performance. While it isn’t ideal for someone already familiar with electric bikes, its power, long battery life, additional driving modes, and folding frame make it ideal for someone who wants an electric bike, but isn’t willing to spend an exuberant amount of money.
