One of the best curved TVs on the market, the Samsung Curved TV 55 Inch 4K has a great Quantum LED TV picture quality that only Samsung can provide. Curved TVs suck you into the action with a display in front of you and in your peripherals, meaning sports and gaming are way more exciting. This screen is among the best TVs that provide an immersive viewing experience.

Why We Like It – Samsung Curved TV 55 Inch 4K

The Samsung Curved TV 55 Inch 4K is definitely a unique viewing experience. We love its no-gap wall mount and the One Connect Box that easily manages all of your cables. The Samsung 55-Inch 4K TV has cable management as well but isn’t curved. Not to mention the Steam Link app that connects all your favorite PC games directly to your TV. But if you want a screen with Full HD 1080p resolution that is twice the clarity of your standard HD TV, read our Samsung electronics UN32N5300AFXZA 32 1080p smart LED TV review.

  • 4 HDMI & 3 USB ports
  • One Connect Box cable management system
  • Sync smartphone apps to your TV
  • Difficult to wall mount
  • Audio levels are too quiet

You can’t beat this Samsung 55-inch TV: with over a billion shades, this TV runs the entire color gamut. An anti-reflective screen reduces glare and makes for deeper blacks, meaning you’ll have realistic picture quality no matter where you sit in the living room. Not to mention the 4K Ultra HD picture quality is fantastic compared to other TVs on the market. You also may be interested in how Dolby Vision and 4K compare for picture quality.

But you might wonder how wide is a 40-inch TV. A 40-inch television usually has dimensions of approximately 36.5 inches in width and 20.5 inches in height, providing plenty of real estate for optimal viewing experiences. However, if you prefer a larger screen for more enjoyable action, keep reading our Samsung TV review.

With a motion rate of 240 and a dedicated Auto Game Mode, you’ll have super smooth graphics for your video games and very little input lag. Compare the picture quality to another curved display model, the Samsung 7 Series TV. To enjoy every picture on a display with a vivid color expression, you need to check out the 4K TV described in our Samsung 8000 series review.

This Samsung has built-in speakers with Dolby Digital Audio. The sound quality is surprisingly good for built-in TV speakers, but the bass is still fairly low. You might want to invest in a good external stereo system for higher audio levels. Or, connect a wireless soundbar via Bluetooth. Smart Features

The Samsung 55-inch curved TV is definitely a great addition to any smart home. It’s a smart TV with easy-to-use features like the Universal Guide that combines information from all your favorite streaming services (like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and more) into one spot. Bixby voice control is built-in, making it easy to search for your favorite shows with just your voice. If you like these smart features, the Samsung 7 Series TV offers comparable smart features to make your viewing experience better. And you can even control your TV with your smartphone; download your favorite apps to your phone, and the TV will actually copy them over to your screen—other smart TVs don’t have this feature! You can also check out our LG E9 review for a smart TV that uses a different OS than the Samsung models. Additionally, if you like the Roku TV smart features over others, check out our TCL 55S425 review and see if the other specs also fit your needs.

This Samsung TV has 4 HDMI ports and 3 USB ports for outstanding connectivity; plug in your DVD and Blu-Ray player, gaming consoles, cable box, flash drives, and all your favorite gadgets all at once. It has built-in wifi and an ethernet port for easy internet connectivity. The included Samsung One Remote Control automatically detects and controls all of your compatible connected devices, so you’ll never lose a remote again! Check out our Samsung Q7F review for a flat-screen model with great connectivity.

While not as inexpensive as the model in our Samsung RU7300 review, this Samsung 55-inch curved TV is still a great value for what you get. The picture quality is outstanding for a 4K UHD TV, and the curved screen will definitely suck you into the action and be a talking point for your home theater. Samsung offers a limited 1-year warranty, and Samsung 100% guarantees its QLED TVs against burn-in (which is a problem with your typical OLED TV). And to top it all off, the TV has an Eco Sensor mode, which will definitely help your energy bill. To save more money, check out our Hisense 55H8F review or Insignia 55-inch TV review and see if they fit your needs. If you have the space, save the box, so you won’t have to wonder how to pack a TV for moving if you need to change addresses later.
