The Pacsafe RFIDsafe Z100 may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you’re considering Cool Wallets. But if you’re considering the Best Chain Wallet it should be on your list of considerations. Especially if you like to journey to the beach.

Why We Like It – Pacsafe RFIDsafe Z100

The Pacsafe RFIDsafe Z100 RFID Blocking Bi Fold Wallet is a must for the person who likes to go on adventures, especially to the beach. The polyester construction ensures it can be taken on these adventures, and the RFID-Blocking Technology ensures nobody will steal your identity while adventuring.

Pros
  • Water Resistant
  • RFID-Blocking Technology
  • 5 Credit Card Slots
Cons
  • A Little Bland on the Design Side
  • Only Comes in Black
  • No Coin Slot

Aesthetics

The Pacsafe RFIDsafe Blocking Material Wallet has a pretty modest feel to it, for better or for worse. There are no outward, distinguishable marks other than the Pacsafe logo on the corner, and no design choices to speak of either. If you want something more stylish, check out the LUUFAN Men’s Genuine Leather Long Wallet Chain Wallet.

Durability

The wallet is made from a textured polyester fabric and some extra scruff. Because of this the wallet is water-resistant and makes a great pick for boaters and beach-goers. It only comes in the color black, however, so consider the Levi’s Men’s Trifold Wallet if you’d like some more color selection.

Performance

As you may have already guessed, the Pacsafe comes with anti theft RFID-Technology to prevent thieves from stealing your data. It’s nice to see it included here as the day when all wallets have these is fast approaching. Not even the Dickies Men’s Bifold Chain Wallet has this yet. It also features a detachable metal chain if you feel it gets in the way too often.

Size/Versatility

Interior organization of the Pacsafe Wallet is decent. It features five slots for your credit cards, cash slot, and a clear ID window slot. What it is missing is a coin slot, which seems like an odd omission. It’s not that big a deal, as you can just carry your coins in your pocket with you, but it can be very bothersome if you happen to have a lot.

Value

The Wallet has pretty good reviews on Amazon, even if they are a little scarce. It has a respectable 4.5/5 star rating based on 102 reviews. One final note on the construction of the wallet is that the polyester allows sand and dirt to wipe off much easier than it would with a leather wallet, so it’s much easier to keep clean.

Pacsafe RFIDsafe Z100 Wrap Up

The Pacsafe RFIDsafe Z100 may not be the most stylish wallet we’ve seen, but sometimes function over form is essential. And in this case function is what you get. The omission of the coin pocket is odd, but not something so off-putting that it would make the wallet unusable.
