The Nutribullet Rx is an excellent blender for making smoothies, soups, and pureeing fibrous ingredients. Unfortunately, it is noisy, the jar is prone to leaks, and the blades need to be cleaned manually.

What Is Not on the Box

What the brand doesn’t always tell you…

our Verdict

The Nutribullet Rx is a powerful blender capable of making smoothies and pulverizing ingredients but sadly struggles with jar leakages. Despite its dull blades, the powerful 1700-watt motor easily grinds through fruits and fibrous ingredients like kale.

If you’re looking for a blender with similar performance but more options in terms of speed settings, check out our Ninja Ultima Blender Review. Testing revealed this blender to be noisy, with a decibel rating of 94.8 dB. Equipped with a soup-making function, the Nutribullet Rx can liquefy ingredients for making hot soups.

Unfortunately, however, it cannot blend already hot ingredients. It is dishwasher safe, but the blades must be cleaned by hand.

Overview

The Nutri Rx Blender is a mid-range full-size blender released in 2018, offering auto start and auto stop functions. This blender boasts a powerful 1700-watt motor, which delivers impressive power, pulverizing everything from smoothies to ice.

It has a large 40-ounce BPA-free plastic jar that supports cleaning via a dishwasher. With four dull blades, it makes easy work of kale, other fibrous ingredients, and ice.

With a noise rating of 94.8 dB, this device is very loud. There’s little in terms of customization options, and the device lacks any speed settings. However, it has two preset programs that include a Super Blast mode for heating ingredients.

This Nutri Rx blender is remarkably easy to clean, featuring a dishwasher-safe jar, although the blades are not removable. Continue reading our Nutri Rx Blender review below, and check out the top-ranked blenders on the market.
