The NutriBullet Pro Plus is a powerful 1200 Watt personal blender perfect for on-the-go smoothies. It creates silky smooth blends and consistent nut butter. While it can’t crush ice or handle hot ingredients, its single-speed operation and two jars add convenience.

Overview

The NutriBullet Pro Plus is a high-powered, entry-level personal blender that was first brought onto the market back in 2018. To keep up with the highly-rated blenders in its range, this model features a potent 1200 watt DC brushless motor that, along with its dull six-bladed chopping assembly, delivers immense blending speeds, but it doesn’t support hot blending to make soups.

If you need a compact blender that can hot blend, our ALIYA Portable Blender review is worth looking into. As it is a personal blender, this model comes with two plastic cups that are 32 and 24 oz, respectively. Both of them are dishwasher-safe and very easy to hand-clean, but the blade assembly isn’t.

Being a personal blender, this model only comes with a single speed mode of 23600 RPM (Rotations Per Minute) along with a pulse button. However, it does get incredibly loud while running (98.6 decibels).

our Verdict

The NutriBullet Pro Plus is a well-constructed 1200 Watt personal blender designed for those who want to enjoy smoothies on the go. The entry-level blender effortlessly creates velvety smooth blends of fibrous ingredients and consistently prepares satisfying nut butter.

It also features six easy-to-clean, dull blades. However, it is not suitable for crushing ice or blending hot ingredients, and as testers confirmed, it emits a rather loud noise measuring 98.6 dB.

On the bright side, its single-speed setting makes operation a breeze, and it includes two jars—a 32 oz and a 24 oz cup—for added convenience.

Thanks to its much more powerful 1200 watt DC brushless motor, the NutriBullet Pro Plus makes more consistent smoothies, smoother almond butter, and bar-like crushed ice when compared to the NutriBullet Pro 900 blender. And while both models are personal blenders, the NutriBullet Pro Plus’ main pitchers are much easier to clean by hand than the NutriBullet Pro 900’s containers.
