Why We Like It – Nike Revolution 3

The Nike Revolution 3’s is a fantastic addition to the Nike’s Revolution series. The Revolution 3’s also have some nice improvements over their predecessors and customer reviews have been positive all-around. Nike is continuing its tradition of making quality running shoes at a reasonable (though still a bit more expensive) price successfully.

Performance

The mesh uppers have a synthetic overlay which combine breathability and comfort. The rubber outsole is durable, will last a long while before the shoe needs replacing, and protects your foot well when running. The deep flex grooves also provide the shoe with excellent flexibility. The Nike Revolution running shoes, though, don’t provide the best arch support because they are a neutral running shoe. Those prone to overpronation will have to look for a different running shoe. The ASICS GEL-Venture 5 are great in this regard.

Design

The weight of the Nike Revolution is where the shoe distinguishes itself from the herd. The NIke Men’s shoe weighs 8.8 ounces and the women’s 7. 3 ounces. The shoes also feature a wider toe-box which people with wider feet will appreciate and is, overall, a comfortable shoe owing to it’s breathable and flexible design. They do have a somewhat bland design, which is a rare mis-step for Nike, so the KUBUA Running Shoes ought to fill the style-conscious runner’s needs.

Value

Most customer reviews agree that the NIke Revolution 3’s are priced fair considering what you’re getting. You will be paying for the name, though, as the Revolution 3’s are still priced slightly higher than the competition. The Nike Revolution 3’s also pair well with a casual look or, if you feel daring, a semi-casual look. This adds additional value to the shoes. Not only can they be used for running, they can be used as a casual, everyday shoe too.
