Product testers praised the Logitech Combo Touch for how compact it is, as reviewers from ZDnet liked that its depth was only 16.9mm. Weighing only 1.24 pounds, it is lighter than alternatives like the 1.55-pound Brydge Pro Keyboard (which we’ve covered in our Brydge Pro review) and was found to be very quiet to type on during experiments by the testing team at Rtings. It has white backlighting and can only be used when connected to an iPad.
Despite being unable to test for latency, reviewers did not complain of any lag when typing. Still, they noted that users who preferred a typing experience that is similar to that of a Macbook would be better off with the Brydge 10.2, which we delved into in our Brydge 10.2 keyboard for Apple iPad review. They also didn’t like that it was not programmable and complained about its compatibility with specific iPad Pro and iPad Air models.
