our Verdict

The quality of the Keychron K10 amazed experts, and they unanimously endorsed it for office users and gamers. Testers at RTINGS praised its full-size construction. However, if you prefer a smaller TenKeyLess (80% size) device, see our Keychron K8 review. Reviewers from Tom’s Guide loved its incline-adjustable design that can rest at 3.6°, 8.4° and 11°.
However, it doesn’t have a wrist rest. Tests revealed that it has RGB backlighting with individually lit keys and good color mixing. It supports both wired and Bluetooth connections, pairing wirelessly with up to 3 devices. Analyst tested a variant with Gateron Brown tactile switches, recording a 51 gf operating force and 2.8 mm pre-travel distance.
Typing on it proved to be pleasant and quiet. Users who prefer low-profile switches should see our Keychron K7 review. However, the 10.8 ms wired latency and 24.3 ms Bluetooth latency were deemed to be a tad too high for high-octane games.

Market Context | – | The Keychron K10 and the Keychron K12 are similar because they both have wired and Bluetooth connectivity, and both feature Gateron mechanical switches. However, the K12 is a smaller 65% sized compact keyboard, whereas the K10 is a slightly bigger TenKeyLess (80% size) board. Unlike the K10, which is available with just Gateron Brown, Blue, and Red switches, the K12 is available with a wider range of Gateron and Keychron switches. Our Keychron K12 review offers an in-depth analysis of the K12. | Unlike the K10, which has mechanical Gateron switches, the Logitech MX Keys feature non-mechanical scissor switches. The Logitech model also has white backlighting, while the Keychron K10 boasts RGB backlighting with per-key illumination. Both keyboards support triple-device Bluetooth pairing, but the Logitech model has an additional USB wireless receiver. | Featuring the same range of Gateron Blue, Brown, and Red switches, the Keychain C2 and Keychron K10 are somewhat similar full-size keyboards. However, unlike the Keychron K10, which boasts both wired and wireless Bluetooth connectivity, the C2 is wired only. |
