If you’re looking for the best blender with a glass jar and perhaps the best blender below $200, this Instant Pot blender should be the top pick for you. It’s pretty much the perfect blender for both professional and new users. All the pre-configured one-touch cold blending programs alone make it worth the money.

Why We Like It – Instant Ace Blender

The Instant Ace Blender is excellent not just for making smoothies and for cold blending but also for making hot soups and other dishes. Instant Pot makes awesome blenders for professionals, and this Instant Pot Ace Blender is no different. For a similar model, you can check out our Instant Pot Ace 60 Cooking blender review.

  • 10 One Touch blending programs
  • Heating element built-in for the hot soup function
  • Many accessories included
  • The blades and the surrounding shaft are not that well designed

The Instant Pot Ace blender sports a 1300-watt motor in its countertop base, which is a little less powerful than the Homgeek Professional blender at 1450 watts. That is about 1.74 HP, and you get all of that for blending. It is slightly less powerful than the model from our Ninja Foodi blender review, but vastly better in everything else. If high power is what you need, don’t forget to check out other options with our best high-speed blender guide. However, if you don’t need such a powerhouse model, read our Oster blender review for an option with 600 watts of power.

This blender can reach a max speed of up to 26500 RPM. You get a lot of cold blending programs with this Instant Pot blender too. They consist of Soy Milk, Nut Milk (Nut Oat Milk), Rice Milk (For milk rice), Crushed Ice (excellent for making ice cream), Puree, Nut Butter, Hot Soup, Clean, and a mode for making smoothies. The Cleanblend ULTRA countertop blender can perform these tasks as well. For an option with more simplistic controls, check out our Kitchenaid 5-Speed blender review.

The durability of this Instant Pot Ace Blender is excellent overall. And the accessories that come with it are no slouch either. The only problem is the heating element Instant Pot uses. Don’t get us wrong; the heating element works way better for making hot soups rather than heating through the friction of the blades. However, it is poorly designed and can melt the surrounding shaft if you’re using it for way too long. That’s not good. For a model that can really take a beating, the Kitchen Aide Blender with Glass Jar is a better option.

Versatility & Attachments

We already talked about how versatile it is in terms of fine-tuning the speeds and the cold blending programs. And unlike in our Oster Reverse Crush Blender review, it also comes with a lot of accessories in the box (e.g., a 3-in-1 food tamper, measuring cup & cleaning brush, and a food-safe, machine washable strainer bag). And if you like making your own peanut butter, make it easier on yourself by checking out these top blenders capable of making nut butter easily.

At $188, the Instant Ace Blender offers a lot of things that no other blender below $200 has. And it performs excellently under pretty much all conditions. So it’s most definitely well worth the money. However, if this blender is way out of your budget, the VAVA Blender can be a cheaper but worthy alternative. Additionally, you can check out our guide on the top countertop blenders.

Instant Ace Blender Wrap Up

All in all, the Instant Pot Ace Blender is perfect for both professionals and newbies alike. If you have $200 to spend on kitchenware, you can blindly pick it up.
