The HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless is a comfortable and durable mid-tier gaming mouse catering to both right and left-handed users. It offers adjustable CPI, smooth gliding, and impressive battery life, despite a loud click noise and missing tilt buttons.
The HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless is a mid-range wireless gaming mouse that was announced in 2022. The wireless gaming mouse is powered by a rechargeable lithium ion polymer battery that affords it 100 hours of battery life.
Weighing only 60.5g, the Haste Wireless is lighter than many of the best computer mice around, and for connectivity, it relies on Bluetooth and a nano USB receiver which it also has a storage compartment for.
The wireless mouse has an optical LED sensor and an operating resolution of 16,000 DPI. It also boasts six programmable buttons, though some of the best gaming mice offer more.
It also has an ambidextrous shape and a DPI adjustment button behind its 24-step scroll wheel. Unfortunately, it has a loud clicking noise, and its NGenuity software doesn’t work on MacOS, but its symmetrical, ergonomic design works for all hand sizes using all grip types.

our Verdict
The HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless is a mid-tier gaming mouse that combines comfort and durability. With its ambidextrous design, it caters to right and left-handed users with different grip types.
The 60.5g mouse boasts a broad CPI range, adjustable in increments of 50s. While its tested click latency of 10ms (wired) and 9.3ms (USB receiver) offers satisfactory responsiveness, and its feet glide smoothly, the click noise can be a bit loud for some users.
Additionally, the absence of left and right tilt buttons and limited scroll wheel functionality may disappoint some gamers. However, the Pulsefire Haste Wireless excels in battery life, lasting up to 100 hours on a single charge.
Its software also allows easy sensitivity adjustments for both MacOS and Windows systems, enhancing the overall gaming experience.

Besides their wired and wireless connectivity, there’s not much else that sets apart the HyperX Pulsefire Haste and the HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless. However, the two identical mice have varying click latencies, but by a minimal margin. Its wired counterpart has the upper hand here, with a wired latency of 8.2ms against 10ms from the Haste wireless. Still, we’ve covered the wired Haste in our HyperX Pulsefire Haste review, should you be interested.

Weighing slightly over 60g, the HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless is a much lighter alternative than the 113.5g HyperX Pulsefire Dart. The weight is partly because of the Dart’s larger size. Also worth mentioning is that the Pulsefire Dart allows for more precise DPI adjustments in increments of 50, compared to the lightweight gaming mouse, which is limited to increments of 100. Here’s our HyperX Pulsefire Dart Wireless Gaming Mouse review for a more in-depth look into it.

The HyperX Pulsefire Haste Wireless comes fitted with RGB lighting, while the Logitech G Pro X Superlight does not. The two also have different cable lengths as the G Pro has a shorter 5.9ft micro USB rubber cable, while the Haste Wireless has a longer 6.2ft paracord-like USB-C cable. Both have USB receiver storage compartments, but the G Pro X has nine programmable inputs, while the Haste Wireless has six, and in terms of click latency, the G Pro emerges at the top, with a much lower 2.5ms and 3.1ms latency.
