The Herschel Charlie Wallet is a well-proportioned accessory that comes in many colors to make it easier to pair with your ensemble and a minimalist design that will make sure it doesn’t interfere, or maybe it’s better to say it won’t cause you discomfort, while in your pocket.
The Herschel Supply Co Charlie Wallet comes in an astounding 21 different colors, including the color black, white, rose, and orange, just to name a few. If you don’t need that much variety, consider the Vaultskin Notting Hill Wallet. The Charlie It’s a very well-proportioned wallet and employs a minimalist yet bold design.
The Charlie Wallet Black measures about three inches in height and four inches in width and is constructed with fabric. That shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise, considering the price and minimalism of the wallet, but it does have a tendency to fray with heavy wear and tear. Try the Bellroy Front Pocket Wallet for something a little more durable.
The Charlie contains an RFID Blocking Layer which protects users personal information from prospective thieves. It’s becoming more commonplace, so we’re glad to see it included here. Some others, like the Crabby Wallet, haven’t fully implemented this technology yet. It’s a tight wallet though, and pulling out cards is sometimes difficult.
It’s a deceptively large card holder, and its card slots can house a solid 10 cards, more than you should ever need. The top access storage sleeve is also big enough to carry 20 bills, again more than you’ll probably need, but welcome nonetheless. After all, you never know what situation you’ll find yourself in.
The customer reviews for the Charlie Wallet, overall, are very positive. It holds a perfect 5/5 stars over on Amazon, based on a whopping 6,348 ratings. First time we’ve seen this for a product. And at $22.00 it’s very affordable and can easily amount to your casual wallet of choice.
You’ll get used to having to try harder to pull out cards. The real worry with the Herschel Charlie Wallet is the wear and tear it can succumb too. You’ll have to be extra careful, but I concede that it can be a little annoying to have to do so.
